Tacoma Link is operated by Sound Transit, which
provides the three
counties in the Seattle metropolitan area with Seattle's Central
Link light rail line, two commuter rail routes, and regional express bus
lines.
The streetcar in this scene is at the
southern terminal, Tacoma Dome Station. Commuter rail operation to and from Seattle terminates
behind a building across the street, to the left of the camera. Various local, regional and
long-distance buses use
a major transit facility nearby. Amtrak's station is
some blocks away; and Tacoma Dome itself is a bit of a walk south.
