PHILADELPHIA LIGHT RAIL
 Inbound from Sharon Hill

This is another view  taken at the outer terminal on the Sharon Hill line.  The right of way was obviously built for two tracks.

These suburban lines became part of SEPTA in 1970.  Several other routes from 69th St., including a lengthy run out to West Chester, had been abandoned in the 1950s and 1960s.

Both destinations offer limited express service during the rush hours.
