LOS ANGELES METRO LIGHT RAIL
From Columbia St.

In the early months of each year the Southland is customarily lushly green, and when the sun is shining it is immensely beautiful.  There are an endless number of appealing landscapes  -- particularly so to the sore eyes of those used to harsher winters.

This view is from the Columbia St. overpass on the border between Pasadena and South Pasadena.  An outbound train negotiates another in the series of curves along this portion of the route.
