Multiple tiles, broken up into four sections, at 7th St./Metro Center depict scenes
from Southern California's movie history. It is fascinating,
even if the viewer is not familiar with much of what he or she is
observing. The work, collectively known as "The Movies:
Spectacles," was created by Joyce Kozloff, and is installed on both
platforms for the Red and Purple Lines. |
